Job Title: Nursery Yard Sales Specialist

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Provide an exceptional experience for all customers

· Coordinate with Front Sales Office to assist with plant pickup

· Radio communications with sales staff in the yard and office to ensure pull orders and pick tickets are fulfilled properly

· General maintenance of nursery stock as needed including watering, pruning, arranging displays etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Required)

· Customer Service mentality with a proficiency for problem solving (Required)

· Basic knowledge of plants (Preferred)

· Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time (Preferred)

· Lifting may be required

Schedule:

This is a Full-Time position. Schedules will vary based on business and seasonal needs.

Compensation:
